Cancellation policy:
Flexible Cancellation:
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled thereafter will be charged the cost of the first night booked
Advance Purchase:
A credit or debit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable
Children and extra bed policy:
We have no family rooms. Cots for babies are not provided by the Plough, please feel free to bring your own travel cots
Credit cards:
The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Diners Club is not accepted
Damages:
An additional cleaning cost will be applied in the event of damage to linen and/or any furnishings. Should a room require excessive cleaning, appropriate charges will be made. Any additional damage to property within The Plough will be at the cost of the guest
Internet:
WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge
Parking:
There is no onsite parking at The Plough. Parking spaces can be found in the village situated outside The Plough. Please be mindful not to block access to the village houses. Parking is at your own risk
Pets:
Well behaved dogs of any kind are welcome, subject to a nightly charge of £10.00 per animal. Maximum 2 dogs allowed. If you are bringing your dog with you, please don’t forget to supply their bedding, food and bowl. Dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms but are welcome in our bar
Smoking:
We have two open gardens located in the front and side of the Inn for those who wish to smoke tobacco. All internal areas of The Plough are non-smoking
Room keys:
Please leave room keys at Reception if going out for the day and at check out. Lost keys will be charged at £20.00
VAT:
VAT at the current rate is included
Accessible information:
All of the bedrooms are accessed via stairs, being a listed building there is no lift access to the rooms
